      About UGC:-<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0University Grants Commission is the government body to manage, control and grant the affiliation to university and colleges in India.\u00a0According to the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, only a university established by the Central\/State\/Provincial Act or an institution deemed to be university under Section 3 of the Act is allowed to call themselves as university.<\/p>\n

      Fact File-\u00a0<\/strong>These unofficially established university provides Under Graduate (UG) and Post Graduate (PG)\u00a0degrees\u00a0in the various subjects and streams. But\u00a0these degree and certificate are not approved by\u00a0any state Govt nor by Indian\u00a0govt. and\u00a0also the University is not in the\u00a0University\u00a0Grants Commission\u00a0List. They provide Fake Degrees<\/strong> and Duplicate certificates<\/strong> to the students.<\/p>\n

      As per UGC fake university list 2023<\/strong> – Most\u00a0of Fake Universities in India<\/a> and the\u00a0Fake Institutes in India 2023<\/strong>\u00a0are just sign-boards or one-room \u2018colleges\u2019 without accreditation. They are\u00a0trying to survive by fake admissions, fees etc. Some of Fake colleges in Delhi<\/strong> and many\u00a0illegal colleges in India<\/strong>\u00a0are providing degrees and certificates to the students who haven\u2019t passed the school education.<\/p>\n
