Karnataka State Eligibility Test<\/strong>\u00a0 is the Test conducted in the state of Karnataka for lectureship\/Assistant Professor Posts. It is also known as KSET. University of Mysore is a Nodal Agency recognized by the UGC, New Delhi for conducting the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) since 2010. KSET is one of the prestigious exams held in the Karnataka every year. As per the latest updates, KSET result 2014<\/strong> is declared. KSET<\/strong>\u00a0following\u00a0the guidelines prescibed\u00a0by the UGC-NET Bureau, conducting State Eligibility Test once in a year to make rigorous merit based selection for the entry level of teaching profession. Currently, KSET is conducting test in 32 subjects<\/strong> at 11\u00a0Nodal Centers<\/strong> across the Karnataka State. The KSET november 2014 result<\/strong> is available soon on the official web page.University of Mysore\u00a0is also one of the Nodal centers in Karnataka for conducting UGC-NET examination twice a year. KSET has 3 stages of Exams for the final selections:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 (i) \u00a0 \u00a0Stage I-<\/strong> \u00a0Candidates need to obtain minimum percentage in the 3 papers of the K-set exam
\n<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0(ii) \u00a0 \u00a0Stage II-<\/strong> There will be Separate merit list according to subject and category of the candidates \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0obtaining minimum qualifying marks.
\n(iii) \u00a0 \u00a0Stage III-<\/strong> Top 15% candidates will be qualified in KSET who will be eligible for lectureship post.<\/p>\n
