The Board of Secondary Education, Manipur was established by an act of Manipur Legislative Assembly in 1972. This board is also called as BSEM or Bosem. The Board conducts the BSEM HSLC Exams in the month of March every year. The Bsem hslc routine 2015 will be released soon by the board officials. The Head-office for BOSEM are situated in capital city Imphal. BSEM has introduced the latest HSLC syllabus to raise the standard of education.
